What We’re Looking For:
– Enhanced DBS check (required)
– Teaching experience preferred—but no coding skills needed!
– Passion for working with children and delivering fun, creative activities.
What We Offer:
– Full training provided—no coding experience required!
– Work with a supportive team of educators and engineers.
– Help students develop lifelong STEM skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and resilience.
– Flexible holiday-based schedule where you choose the days that you’d like to work.
– Day rate starts at £100 per day (dependent on hours worked and experience).

After School Club Lead / Support
Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders in STEM? Do you thrive on engaging with young minds and creating hands-on learning experiences? STEM Venturi is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to lead our After-School STEM Clubs across Derbyshire, Staffordshire and beyond!
The Role
As an After-School Club Leader, you will:
- Deliver interactive and engaging STEM sessions for primary and secondary school students.
- Facilitate hands-on projects and experiments that spark curiosity and creativity.
- Act as a role model, inspiring students to explore STEM-related careers and opportunities.
- Collaborate with our team of engineers and educators to deliver high-quality content tailored to student needs.
- Ensure all activities are safe, inclusive, and enjoyable for all participants.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for STEM and a desire to make a difference in education.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with young people, such as in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or volunteering.
- Knowledge or background in a STEM field is a bonus but not essential – enthusiasm is key!
- Flexibility to work in the afternoons and early evenings during term time.
