Why STEM Venturi?

STEM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM). These subjects are the foundation to the technology around us.

Venturi is a scientific observation exploited in engineering, fundamentally it is used to suck fluids or gases into another fluid or gas. A good example is a basic carburettor, where the high speed air creates a vacuum that sucks in fuel to power the engine.
