STEM Venturi Refund Policy

This refund policy will explain your rights concerning changes and cancellations when attending one of our courses or using our services.

Online Courses

For online courses, bookings may be changed or cancelled up to one week before the first day of the course.

Technology Clubs & Holiday Clubs

For in person technology clubs and holiday clubs bookings may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the first day of the course.

General

Fees are non-returnable for students arriving late, leaving early or missing a day of a course (whether on account of illness or any other cause). If the course has been booked, then the full fees are payable. This is to maintain the sustainability of the clubs.

In exceptional circumstances, such as the requirement to self isolate due to COVID-19, courses may be changed up to 24 hours prior to the start of the course. In the case where a change is not practical, a course credit for the amount of the course missed will be honoured.

If a course is cancelled by STEM Venturi all fees will be refunded.

If a course alternative is offered by STEM Venturi, such as an online session in place of an in person session, fees are non-returnable.

3D Printing Service

Refunds are not offered for the 3D printing service.

We will endeavor to print as close to the model specifications as possible. We may have to resize the model if it is beyond the dimensions of our 3D printers (roughly 200mm by 200mm on the build plate, maximum height 200mm).

The models will be printed on our standard printer settings and the quality is suitable for priming and painting using acrylic paints.

If there are issues concerning the size or quality of the 3D prints, and they are significantly different to the model specifications, we will handle these on a case by case basis.
